Asbestos Removal

The majority of buildings built prior to and around the 1990s contain some asbestos materials. These may include; internal walls and ceiling sheeting, roofing, tiling, eaves and piping. It is imperative for the health and safety of you and your neighbours that these materials are dealt with in a professional and safe manner. Able Demolition is licensed under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 to carry out removal of more than 10 square metres of non-friable asbestos or asbestos containing materials, and asbestos-contaminated dust or debris associated with the removal of more than 10 square metres of non-friable asbestos or asbestos containing materials.  All sites containing asbestos require security fencing and are to be signed off by a licenced party on completion of removal.
